Work gloves are sturdy handwear which are designed to protect the hands while the user is working. These gloves tend to be thicker and fit looser than typical gloves.

This tag should usually be used in images which feature a character performing work, such as washing dishes, gardening, construction or tinkering with machinery.

Not to be confused with

• latex_gloves: This tag should only be applied to gloves made of latex or another polymer material which appear in non-work related images. Work gloves should never be tagged as latex_gloves but these gloves can appear alongside each other if their appearances significantly differ.
