The Charms Blow Pop^® is an American brand of lollipop candy with bubble gum center, currently produced by Tootsie Roll Industries.

The "Triple Treat" was invented in 1966 by Thomas T. Tidwell, founder of Triple T. Company Incorporated, and was sold the patent to the Charms Candy Company (1912–1988), who rebranded it as the Blow Pop. The product became the Charms' best-selling product of all time, up until the company's purchase and dissolution by Tootsie Roll Industries (1896–present).

Not to be confused with a blow pop, a drawn-out fellatio that produces an audible sound upon release.
