SpooykMilk is a Japanese GSF player who originally lived in Romania, but moved to Japan during GSF Series III, joining the fleet at the very beginning of it's existence. He is a Fleet Admiral in the GSF. His primary duty is to be a tactical engagement manager and can take over presidential duties when the current president is not available. He is responsible for managing several fleet battles during the events of GSF series IV. He is considered the president's first officer, and can temporarily take over GSF when needed. SpookyMilk is a "Pillar Member", one of four players who have been present at the very start of the game's server. Unlike other members, SpookyMilk is not linked to any planets.

Currently, SpookyMilk pilots the G.S.S. Keithbound VII, a heavily modified and oversized "Pelican" class dropship acting as a battleship.
