Starlo, also known as North Star, is a celestial-themed monster from the fangame Undertale Yellow. His body is yellow with blue-green accents, and his head resembles a five-pointed star. He wears glasses, but these and the upper half of his face are shadowed by his cowboy hat, giving the illusion that his glasses are his eyes. Starlo is the sheriff of the Wild East town in the Dunes, and is also the leader of a posse known as the Feisty Five, consisting of himself, Ed, Moray, Ace, and Mooch.

His best friend is Ceroba, someone he's been close friends with since at least when they were teenagers. He also has unrequited romantic feelings for her: a fact that contributed to his notable dislike of Ceroba's husband, Chujin.

Starlo grew up on a family-owned corn farm, but later became fascinated and obsessed with humanity's Western fantasies and culture. He created the Wild East to fuel that obsession, and to entertain any monsters who pass through. He immediately takes an intense liking to Clover, thanks to his Wild West attire.

Starlo is energetic and full of reckless enthusiasm. While his humorously unjustifiable self-confidence often gets him into trouble, inwardly, he is a deeply thoughtful an empathetic person who seeks nothing less than everyone's happiness.
