Menhera, sometimes also known as Yami Kawaii, is a j-fashion style that aims to de-stigmatize mental health issues, especially in women. It originated in Japan's Harajuku district, and derives its name from "menhera" being a shortened slang term for "mental healther".

The style incorporates medical and gore imagery and themes of mental health, mixing them with "kawaii" aesthetics and pastel colors for a sickly-sweet overall appearance. Common iconography includes the red cross, box cutters, razor blades, syringes, pills, and more. Eye patches are often worn, along with nurse clothing.

It has some similarities visually with nurse lolita, guro lolita, gurokawa and pastel goth, and thematic similarities with jirai kei.
