This tag is used when a character tries to cover their genitals, butt, and/or breasts/nipples with their hands, tail(s), or object but fails to completely conceal them as parts of their private areas can still be seen.

This could be because of the character's hand not fully covering a body part or they're hiding behind something that is translucent, has a gap, or is too small.

Alternatively, the ineffective covering can be due to the result of the subject being viewed at an angle that reveals their parts.
