Refers to the aspect ratio of a given post where the width of the image / frame is 2.333 times its height, resulting in a "cinematic" look. This aspect ratio is common for ultra-wide monitors as the height on most UW monitors is 1080p, but with the width of 2560 pixels (similar to a 16:9 1440p monitor).

Keep in mind that 21:9 (2.333:1) isn't CinemaScope (2.35:1). For posts that use that ratio, go to 2.35:1.
