A variation of a handjob combined with penis backwards, where one person's penis is pulled backwards between their legs in order to be stroked by another (rather than being left in front). The receiving partner is often bent over or on all fours to make this position easier.

May overlap with penis milking, since the receiving person's penis is often pointed downwards and stroked with a milking motion, and may also overlap with rusty trombone as the stimulating partner is usually positioned behind.
