The Among Us twerk is a meme based on a gif of an Among Us crewmate with a big butt twerking in a circular motion. Also known as AmongASS and Among Us Dumpy.

Despite this tag being named after and the meme being associated with the video game Among Us (2018), it originated as a rotoscoping of Boog from the convenience store scene in the 3D animated film Open Season (2006); thus one could argue that a more true name for this could be the Open Season twerk.
