When a smaller character is being grasped in the hand of a much larger character. The smaller character can be micro, or the larger character can be macro, or both.

Grasped includes when all fingers are holding the micro, or the hand is closed with the micro inside. This means that the entire hand is dedicated to holding the micro, likely with the palm of the hand involved. If the micro is being held only by some of the fingers pinching the micro, tag as pinched instead.

Holding type tags:

• micro_in_hand (catch-all tag for micros in hands, but does not include macros grasping regular-sized characters)
• grasped (when all fingers are holding the micro or the hand is closed with the micro inside)
• pinched (when some fingers are holding the micro, but not all fingers)
• open_hand (when no fingers are holding the micro, usually with the palm of the hand facing up)
• pinned_by_hand (when the micro is held against a surface by the hand)
• Also tag one of the pinned_to_* tags, such as pinned_to_penis.
