The Grimace Shake is a Fruity Milkshake served at McDonalds from June to July of 2023 to celebrate Grimace's 52nd Birthday.

The meme surrounding it started as a series of parody horror videos suggesting that drinking the shake would cause serious bodily upset, make those who drank it go insane, or most prominently: result in death.
