Horridus, real name Sara Hill, is a character from Image Comics' long-running series, Savage Dragon. Like many of the comic's characters, she was dreamed up by series creator Erik Larsen when he was a boy, only to be put into his own comic many years later.

Sara is a half human hybrid with an unknown alien species, which abducted her parents and impregnated her mother. Fearing their frighteningly strong child and her razor-sharp spikes and claws, she was kept chained in the basement for most of her early years, with only a television set for company. This ended only when her parents' murder/suicide brought police attention to the house, and the Chicago PD, fearing the thing in the basement might have superpowers, called upon Dragon, who unchained her.

She served briefly on the Police Department's special task force, and then was a member of Freak Force, then worked for many years with the government's Special Operations Strikeforce.

Sara is mentally off-kilter, either because of her half-alien heritage or because she learned most of what she knows from television. She generally appears simple, kind, and ditzy, though she can also be insightful at times.

She was married for a time to Rex Dexter, and had a daughter, Dixie, by him.
