Leshy is one of the four Bishops of the Old Faith, the ruler of of Darkwood, and the first major boss in Cult of the Lamb. He is also the youngest and weakest of the Bishops, although he is still hundred of years old.

Leshy resembles a bagworm larva with a round head covered in thick green leaves. Several thin black branches protrude from either side of his head like horns. His eye had been gouged out and he is blind, thus he wears a thick bandages around his head covering his face. They occasionally seep with his blood. Like the other bishops, Leshy wears a long black robe with golden trimmings that covers the rest of his body. His crown bears two sharp points and a green, diamond-shaped eye.

After being transformed by a ritual, Leshy becomes an enormous tree-like worm with a giant, lamprey-like mouth drooling with ichor and lined with several rows of sharp teeth. The branches on his head grow thicker and more gnarled, and four black-and-red eyes bulge from either side of his maw.

Leshy embodies the concept of "See No Evil" as he is blind and wears a blindfold. Unlike his siblings, Leshy is not based on any of the horsemen of the apocalypse. He is worshiped by his followers as the worm but not for anything specific unlike his older siblings.
