Tag for situations where a character's internal organs are undergoing expansion, increasing in size.
This tag should be used when organs are not increasing in size due to being filled (such as in inflation or pregnancy), but where the size increase is from the growth of new tissue.
Note that "-expansion" tags are used when pre-existing body parts are increasing in size, not to be confused for "-growth" where a character gains new body parts.
