Species: frogadier
Frogadier (Japanese: ゲコガシラ Gekogashira) is a Water-type Pokémon that appeared in the Generation VI.
It evolves from Froakie starting at level 16 and evolves into Greninja starting at level 36.
Biology
Frogadier is a bipedal, frog-like Pokémon with a predominantly light-blue body. Dark blue markings cover its head, with the exception of its lower jaw, and create three spikes on its upper back. Its eyes are black with a yellow sclera. They protrude slightly vertically from his head, and each eye is topped by a backward-facing point. It has a white bubble scarf, dark blue hands each with three circular fingers, and two feet each with two dark blue circular toes.
Frogadier is inspired by an amphibian and a ninja, with its hunched stance, "hooded" head and the moss that forms a scarf around its neck. The growths above its eyes are reminiscent of horned amphibians such as Megophrys or Ceratophrys
The bubble foam around its neck resembles the moss nests that some frog species create to protect their eggs. The anime shows that this Pokémon can run on the surface of the water.
Frogadier is an agile and fast Pokémon, which can climb a tower of over six hundred meters in a minute. It can also throw pebbles surrounded by water bubbles with precision from a distance of over thirty meters. It surprises opponents by leaping from ceilings or tree branches.
