One of several "combined bombermen" featured in the Bomberman Jetters anime, animals and objects being transformed into bombers by Dr. Mechado. Naturally, Dolphin Bomber is a dolphin turned bomber.
She has a bomber antenna common among bombermen, a countershading pattern designed to look like locks of blue hair falling around her face, red lipstick, and an inner tube. Another particularly notable feature, of course, is her pair of large feral breasts in a seashell bra.

She appears in two of the anime's 52 episodes: episode 4 "White Bomber, Launched Without Permission", and episode 34 "A Fierce Battle! B-1 Grand Prix!!".
