Ozzy, also known as The Grey Painter is a Yurble character on Neopets who acts as one of the two secondary antagonists of the "The Void Within" story arc, alongside Vira. Armed with a Grey Paint Brush modified with an unknown power, he has bound several Neopian lands under a curse, turning the environment greyscale and draining the residents of their will.

He is the younger brother of the arc protagonist Nyx. After his sister's unexplained twenty-year disappearance, he felt abandoned and became resentful, ultimately becoming a natural Grey Neopet. No longer physically able to feel joy, he claims that his goal is to drag the rest of Neopia down to the same depths of despair that he himself is in, though the heroes have reason to believe that he isn't telling the truth and is being forced into that mission.
