Mouthwashing is a Swedish psychological horror game set on a long-haul space freighter called the "Tulpar", after an intentional crash disfigures its captain from head to toe.

Characters

  • Jimmy: the ship's co-pilot, and the player's avatar for most of the game.
  • Curly: the ship's captain, horrifically maimed after the Tulpar's crash.
  • Anya: the ship's nurse, and the sole woman on board.
  • Swansea: the ship's mechanic.
  • Daisuke: a bright-eyed intern taken under Swansea's wing.
  • Polle: a Pony Express mascot.
