Skulldogs are a spirit canid species created by the artist Skulldog in 2010. While they otherwise resemble typical canines, they are distinguished by their skull head. The skull will always resemble that of a canine, although aspects of other species' skulls may be added so long as they don't overshadow the canine appearance.
