Coach Swampert is an original Swampert character created by Zourik. He makes a very small appearance in the Setting Up the Bait II comic.
As his name clearly indicates, he is a Swampert who is a swimming coach.

He looks very much like a feral Swampert: his body is blue, he has thick black fan-like fins on his head and orange sclera and gills.
Finally, he is coach at a different university from Coach Sam, whom he loves to humiliate and taunt.
