young pioneer uniform
Worn by members of pioneer movements the uniform most commonly consists of the red neckerchief and the organizational and rank badges on a white shirt with long or short blue pants for boys and long or short blue skirts for girls, with optional side caps as headdress. There are some occasion specific uniforms and uniform components such as color guard sashes or sailor caps.
This tag should be used only for characters wearing a Young Pioneers uniform, if only symbols (like the Lenin "Always Ready" pin) or camps or monuments but no character wearing the uniform then young_pioneer should be used instead
