He is a living water dispenser, interesting.
"M. Bubbles" first appeared as the host (and boss) of Job Job. They are in charge of overviewing the players' resumes, as well as running the building that the players are applying for. Their management style is very...very particular, and often seems to be an active detriment to the company, like storing important documents in the trash, or buying a bidet without knowing what a bidet even is (I don't either). Despite this: they keep a very chipper tone, and consider their employees friends, even the potential candidates.
