フリーザ

A fictional character from the Dragon Ball manga and the primary antagonist of the titular Frieza Saga. The leader of the "Frieza Force", he ruled the universe through tyranny and fear and is the one who destroyed Planet Vegeta and nearly eradicated the Saiyan race, out of fear for their power.

Frieza's "normal" form is actually one of four he took on to limit the immense, abnormal power he was born with as a mutant hybrid. His true form is the sleekest of all his forms, but also by far the most powerful. He later reappears in Resurrection 'F' with a new, ultimate form named Golden Frieza.
