You can vote up and down on deleted images, ala post #1013 and such.
Also, is the first post outdated?

Voting on deleted images won't get any priority to being fixed. It just really isn't important.

What's the final word on tag subscriptions?

Not a bug but a grammatical error. I noticed you had "Welcome" in different languages on the account page.
The Polish one is also incorrect, it should be "Witaj" not "Powitanie"

When you post two URL's, in a comment or here in the forum, they get concatenated:
http://www.foxnews.com/
http://www.freerepublic.com/
Workaround: put an empty line between them
http://thedailykitten.com/

Minor issue: In Firefox 8, with javascript enabled, enlarging the browser window while on the posts page can cause the images to stop loading properly.
To reproduce:
A workaround is to simply refresh the posts page after resizing the window to see correct behavior.

- Resize the browser window to half the screen width.
- Go to or refresh http://www.e621.net/post/index
- Maximize the browser window or enlarge it by dragging the side edge of the window.
- Observe that some on-screen images don't load. Scroll down to see that some of the images will load, but do not keep pace with scrolling.

unfortunately that is a neccessary bug.

I've found 2 portable browsers (I use them when my computer is off) that fail to function properly on the site:
Wii- Thumbnails fail to load
PSP- Search result pages won't load
Replicating the issue?
Wii/PSP- Search for anything. You'll see right away.

Last I checked, the Wii's Opera browser was still horribly out of date. I think it's choking on the Javascript.
I would also guess that the PSP is choking on the Javascript. That, or the page is just too big for the little thing to retrieve and render, since I get the same problem on other booru-like sites like Sankaku Complex.

We don't (fully) support those devices. They aren't up to standard.
Turn off javascript to improve functionality on these devices.

Unfortunately, there is no option for that. And, it only broke rather recently. As for the PSP, it's slow to load, but it did work.

Takes me to a page that says Website is currently unreachable
Website Offline, No Cached Version Available
The website you are trying to access is currently offline. The most likely causes are the server is down for maintenance, there may be a network problem, or the site may be experiencing excessive load.
The site uses CloudFlare in order to help keep it online when the server is down by serving cached copies of pages where they are available. Unfortunately, a cached copy of the page you requested is not available, but you may be able to reach other cached pages on the site.
If you continue to receive this error after you believe the site is back online, you can retry a live version of the site.

There's something wrong with linking to images on here from off-site.
If you try to link directly to an image it just takes you to this address:
<super secret link>
Linking to the page an image is on works just fine though.

There still seems to be some residual effects as I'm currently getting redirects from urls of the form 'http://e621.net/data/c7/91/c7918962d96a8fb3c819759911a6c0ef.jpg' to the post pages for the images in question.

This is somewhat disappointing. I had created a tool that displayed just the full versions of each image in a search rather than the small images to allow for faster browsing, as often it can be hard to evaluate pictures just based on the preview versions.
EDIT:
Corrected to use the sample_url instead which provides ample size.

If you like, it is somewhat hastily hacked together in python.
You will need to run it with python 2 and cherrypy.
It will present a page on localhost:8080 that responds to the tags, limit and page GET variables the same as the posts view.

Alright e621, the site has been online for a little over a week now, and while things are going well (eg. the site is actually up and running), we obviously have a few problems. This post is here to serve as a master bug-list and for people to bring new bugs to our attention. This post is NOT meant to be a discussion ABOUT specific bugs though; please create an actual forum thread if you feel a bug requires discussion.BUG LIST
- Every image has "Remove from Favorites" AND "Add to Favorites", instead of just one or the other. This doesn't seem to happen for every user, but does occur if you're not currently logged in. http://e621.net/forum/show/8383
- Subscribed images lists are switched around so that images set to appear in one list appear in another, with another set appearing in its place. http://e621.net/forum/show/8437
- Deleted images are no longer completely hidden from view, even for visitors who are not logged in. This bug is currently going to receive the highest priority. http://e621.net/forum/show/8537
- The Find Similar button is linking to Danbooru posts instead of e621 posts. http://e621.net/forum/show/8675
- Some users are having trouble with images and thumbnails not loading. http://e621.net/forum/show/8321
- It's currently not possible to create new aliases. Newly proposed aliases are not appearing in the list of aliases for approval.
Please feel free to add to this list and link to the relevant forum posts.
Additionally, if you or someone you know has experience with Ruby on Rails, any help we could get would be greatly appreciated.
I don't know if this was reported or debated, I'm new and my first upload is an edit, I copied the tags from the original pic and pasted them to the edited one and deleted the tags that weren't relevant anymore, but one tag keeps reappearing no matter how many times I delete it and save changes! Is this a bug or it's something that can't be changed until the pic gets approved?

first off, wrong thread. this thread has been abandoned for three years now. here is the current thread. secondly, if tag keeps appearing, its just the implication system, when some tag is added for example big_breasts, it adds automatically breasts tag. i went ahead and cleaned all irrelevant tags from that post.

Sorry for posting here, I found the thread by googling the problem and thanks for help, that might have been the problem, I was trying to remove "penis" tag and there was a "flaccid" tag that I think was regenerating it. Thanks for cleaning it! :D
