there's also several characters named "Vent": vent_(mega_man) and vent_(character) (I think this is someone's OC). and there's an artist called vent_art, as well.

I think the "genitalia type of vent" would be a cloaca?

Actually, looked at vent_art posts and most of them are tagged with another artist tag (only exception is post #1294363 which is tagged with unknown_artist)
vent_art seems to be angst/(therapy?)/etc art:

So 1294363 was uploaded by Syph Neon, and Syph Neon also uploaded post #1294355
(uploaded with descriptions that could mean they did artwork for both uploads)

Was thinking of asking them if they did the art, but looked at https://e621.net/users/298789
and apparently their latest e621 activity was five years ago.

(hopefully Syph Neon has an art gallery at FA or other website)
