Images like these could validly support the "No Anus" tag. The existing reason, "Not there, don't tag it.", isn't really a good reason, as when a character is in a pose that should show it off, but doesn't, that's a feature people would tag and search for.

+1, for blacklisting purposes as well. Or, at least for me...

That's vigilance when tagging. You shouldn't inject opinion if you won't bother with it to begin with.

A suggestion: alias to a new featureless butt tag on the pattern of featureless crotch and featureless chest/breast? At least one image is tagged with featureless ass already.

It's not a requirement to tag nude, so I don't. And people may call me a hypocrite because I complain about the girly tag not being tagged as often as it should, but if you can't tell that a character is nude by the thumbnail, then perhaps E621 isn't the place for you.

Thumbnails are irrelevant. Even ignoring massive images that you can't see shit in the thumbnail of, how are you supposed to find nude images of a specific character, ie samus_aran nude, if it's not tagged? There are way too many posts to search for with only the samus_aran tag.
