I'm going to take the less literal approach to this and instead focus on purpose and what people want to see when searching, it doesn't mean it's the right way to think, just an alternative: If you search panties_down will you want to have panties_around_one_leg? Of course you could just search panties_down -panties_around_one_leg.

Posting in this thread because hoping for some clarification on relationship between *_around_one_leg tags and *_down tags (the *_around_one_leg wikis don't say anything re *_down tags)

Currently there are:
a) 180 posts tagged with both tags: underwear_around_one_leg underwear_down

Perhaps panties_down wiki should be reworded slightly to end with "sometimes revealing their genitals." ?? (or perhaps more specific wording from another *_down wiki below)

Images or animations in which a character's pants are worn down far enough to provide full access to their genitalia and buttocks. This includes the whole range from mid-thigh to the ankles.

shorts_down wiki says

Similar to the tag "pants_down" but, with shorts

(which at least doesn't contradict the other wikis)

(Both pants_down and shorts_down IMPLY to partially_clothed.)

underwear_down says "Posts depicting a character wearing their underwear down over their thighs or even ankles."

(107 tagged with skirt_down, but no wiki yet.)
