remove implication throat_swabbing (3523) -> fellatio (157608)
create implication throat_swabbing (3523) -> irrumatio (11886)

Reason: In the irrumatio wiki, it states that throat_swabbing is a form of irrumatio. That wiki also states that irrumatio is different from fellatio in the sense that fellatio is the stimulation from the one giving the fellatio whereas irrumatio has the receiver do the stimulating. Throat swabbing implies that the receiver creates the stimulation from the thrusting into the other partner who is lying down. Even in topic #20449 where the implication throat_swabbing -> fellatio became official, the later comments suggest that the implication instead should have been throat_swabbing -> irrumatio or throat_swabbing -> oral_penetration. Therefore, it seems to make more sense with the respective wikis and the definitions of fellatio, irrumatio and throat_swabbing to unimply throat_swabbing -> fellatio and instead imply throat_swabbing -> irrumatio.

If we're going to treat treat fellatio and irrumatio as two distinctly separate acts (rather than irrumatio being a form of fellatio), then the fellatio tag will need a big cleanup, because at the moment, the tag is used for any "penis-in-mouth" action. There are also other implications that would need changing: oral_knotting and spitroast currently imply fellatio, but they could be used for irrumatio. Something would also need to be done with the forced_fellatio tag, as while it would be possible for someone to be forced to perform fellatio (presumably through threat or blackmail), the tag just seems to be used for irrumatio.

Personally I'm OK with leaving the fellatio tag as it is now, as while the Ancient Romans may have considered irrumatio to be a completely separate act from fellatio, I'd imagine most people today would use the term fellatio for any oral stimulation of the penis, as shown by how the tag is currently used - the vast majority of posts with the irrumatio tag also have the fellatio tag. Plus, as most of the posts on this site are still images, it can be hard to tell from just a pic of a character with a dick in their mouth whether or not they are the active partner.

Fellatio is when a character uses their mouth to pleasure someone else's penis, while irrumatio is when a character pleasures their own penis using someone else's mouth. It's essentially about who's taking the active role in orally pleasuring a penis. It's difficult to tell in still images when you can't see motion well, but it's more apparent in animations when you can see who's doing what.

Even in animations both characters can move back and forth, so both are kinda "active". Also I'm not sure there's a word describing the character with a mouth staying still, but pulling the character with a penis closer. Who is "active" then?
