The wiki itself suggests it can be two-or-three frames, and a lot of images under it don't even have two, they only have one.
It could be argued the single-panel ones are mistagged, but that three-panel images can be included means it's not a 2-panel comic, or a "2-koma".

Bumping this to add a bit of a proposal: instant_win, and both could imply instant_resolution

The current wiki for instant loss 2koma says that it can be subverted, but I think there should be a specific tag for that sort of thing. I can't find any that exist... but that doesn't mean they don't at all.
