remove alias bugs (0) -> insect (43873)

Reason: For consistency's sake and to avoid confusion, I think it'd be fair if bug and bugs both redirected to the same tag. As usual this needs to be done in 2 parts, with the goal being to have both tags aliased to insect. I'm open to having them aliased to arthropod instead, though.

Edit: per the others, I've switched the BUR to having the tags aliased to arthropod in the end.

That would be better IMO. Technically "bugs" are a type of insect but people commonly use the word to refer to arthropods in general.
