Reason: piercings that are rings should imply ring_piercings

• should "piercing" be written with or without brackets ^{_{(for faster typing, I'd prefer without)}}

• I am not sure if I should add wing_ring. Those could be C shaped rings clipped around the wing and not necessary pierced through it. ^{_{(we could establish wing_ring_piercing)}}

• should the *_ring tags be aliased/mass updated to *_ring_piercing? ^{_{(I don't think it's necessary for all tags, but could be useful for some of them)}}

• There are studded_*_ring piercings and studded_ring tags. Should the former imply the latter? Or would studded_ring_piercing be better? If yes, I'll add another BUR to this one later this day, or tomorrow.

• I'll add a color_ring_piercing BUR as well

• should facial_ring_piercing be a tag?
• chin_ring -> facial_ring -> ring_piercing
• nose_ring -> facial_ring -> ring_piercing
• eyebrow_ring -> ring_piercing
