im can use a image of posts of e621 in a animation without have problems with copyrights, (I'll leave the post numbers that appear in the description)

No. You must obtain permission from the artists to use their artwork in any way. The presence of content on the site does not grant you any individual rights to use the works.

if I use a photo from the website menu, is there a problem? because there is a background drawing

not exactly, the menu is where you have the search tab and the button to change mascot on the search side, there are some mascots at the bottom

The front page mascots? Ask the artists who made those particular images. I don't feel like digging up every mascot image, but post #109434 and post #127094 are on the front page.

Oh right, the mascot images a different issue, entirely. Good catch! Those pictures should be far easier to figure out than 20 random artists who might not even be the people that uploaded them.

I think I understand what you are asking. You want to include a screenshot of e621 (either the front page or search results) in your animation?
Generally, it is fine if you are including it as part of the background while not having it as the main focus; e.g., post #3338647, post #3451015, post #3415928, etc.
However, if you are making a compilation/slideshow of existing posts from e621, then you will need to ask for the artists' permission.
