You'll need to request a BUR. On that page, under the box that says "Script", there's the word "Help" which, when clicked, pops up a little window with templates for all the script lines you can use. Since you want to unimply things, you'll want

unimply aaa -> bbb

and replace aaa with the tag you want to stop implying another tag and bbb the tag that currently is implied by whatever aaa is but you don't want it to. Add in a reason and a title, put "35034" under "Forum topic" if you want to attach it to this particular thread, and submit it. If you find you need to edit the BUR later, just click on the link at the top of the resulting forum post.

You should do that before adding the implications. The implications will just need to be removed again in a separate step before it can be aliased.

I'd prefer it the other way around, as it makes it clear it's a meme. _(jjba) is less informative to people who are aware of the meme but aren't familiar with JoJo's Bizarre Adventure or the JJBA initials.

I also don't know why I completely glossed over what this thread was doing, but the to_be_continued_(jjba) -> jojo's_bizarre_adventure implication should be removed to, as it's possible to reference the meme without anything from JoJo's Bizzare Adventure visible.
