As it stands currently, the perineum tag is blanket explicit. This can be detrimental to its usage, as you either have to not tag it to keep something questionable, or accept that your should be questionable piece is now explicit because of this one mystical tag.

While perineum is usually paired with some kind of genitals or an anus, it isn't always. Take these posts for example.

What most would refer to as the taint is visible here. Due to that, these are now explicit. This feels very incorrect as nothing else of these is explicit, just suggestive. The only options to solve this are:
- leave it alone, and accept that they are explicit now, despite not really "feeling" explicit
- remove the tag, lessening the usage of the tag due to its rating requirement
- make the tag more strictly defined
- change perineum to questionable, so everyone's happy

This spawned off of a conversation in Discord, in which I made the note that a post could be made explicit if you were being pedantic, due to perineum not being well defined, and blanket explicit.
