remove alias hand_on_belly (20296) -> hand_on_stomach (7)

Reason: unalias hand_on_belly -> hand_on_stomach, then alias hand_on_stomach -> hand_on_belly

The belly is the part of the body on the surface. The stomach is the name of the internal organ. This alias should be flipped the other way around.

If we actually wanted a tag for a character holding an actual stomach, I guess hand_on_internal_organ would be more appropriate.
