In the big Latex BUR https://e621.net/forum_topics/41117 we have already decided to alias rubber_suit away to latex_skinsuit. Both *_suit tags are too ambiguous with especially rubber_suit having been used in the past if the tagger simply meant rubber_clothing.
Your other request https://e621.net/forum_topics/41978 is on the To-Do list of the aforementioned Latex BUR. We are currently waiting for approval.
