create implication agender_pride_colors (53) -> pride_colors (8996)
create implication aromantic_pride_colors (84) -> pride_colors (8996)
create implication demiboy_pride_colors (24) -> pride_colors (8996)
create implication demigirl_pride_colors (19) -> pride_colors (8996)
create implication demiromantic_pride_colors (11) -> pride_colors (8996)
create implication genderqueer_pride_colors (53) -> pride_colors (8996)
create implication omnisexual_pride_colors (23) -> pride_colors (8996)
create implication queer_pride_colors (9) -> pride_colors (8996)
create implication vincian_pride_colors (355) -> pride_colors (8996)

Reason: topic #30728 covered all these but it was rejected for other reasons iirc (reorganizing the tree into kink, subculture, and lgbt). This one should hopefully be uncontroversial, these are just common lgbt flags. I honestly really agreed with the rejected BUR, something needs to be done about the non-lgbt pride flags, but oh well.

I included only flags that are listed on the pride flags wikipedia page as these are the most widely recognized (vincian is listed as "gay men"). Left out intersex as not all intersex people consider it LGBT, there's some controversy, and polyamory because there are two widely used flag designs. Ideally both of those designs would imply polyamory_pride_colors as tabbyseraph suggested, but I want to keep this simple for now so it's more likely to get approved.
