It would be interesting to have a sort of 'bounty board', something where taggers can see what 'request projects' staff/other users come up with and need work done on them.
This would be separate from a tagging project board like topic #23571 or TagMe, where this would specifically be for BU, alias, or implication requests or creating/adjusting wikis.
