Reason: While 'enlarged' is supposed to be used for clitorises with increased size due to external intervention, it is not used this way. This definition of tagging is also pretty rare and difficult to tag under twys since it would require additional props or context to tag correctly. It also has huge_clit and clitoromegaly aliased to it which likely contribute to it being used for any large clitoris. Since the sizes shown in enlarged_clitoris range from 'pronounced' to 'hyper' big_clitoris is probably the best place for these posts to go.
