They are not even hiding the fact that it is meant to be fanart of Astarion in the description, so them insisting on calling the character under a different name does not make it a unique character.
Thus, it should be aliased to astarion_(baldur's_gate) for that matter.

However, considering now there are also multiple people creating Astarion as an anthropomorphised bat (see batstarion), it might go the same route as the Mouseley Graham character and be turned into a copyright meme tag instead.
