Undine is a good character in dundertale.
But sadly, it's the same situation with the death battle of superman vs Goku.

Hmm... You know, Goku isn't the type to try and kill. It seems like most of the damage monsters from Undertale take is a result of their opponents will to kill. Goku just doesn't have that. Depending on when in the DBZ timeline this takes place, I think Chara might be far more of a threat than Goku is. Maybe pre-Namek? Course, after he goes super sayain everything starts snowballing. Will to kill or not, a gentle giant can still accidentally step on you.

PS. I know Goku has killed people. But seriously. He tried to let Freeza go, twice... And the second time he only killed her after she blew up the Earth.
