I never thought of this artist doing a latias, and now we have this excellency here. Looks cute in a much better way than your usual cute when it comes to latias pics, no side mouth, and the anatomy, most importantly the arms, are all proportioned pretty much perfectly. A lot of things that are usually flawed in fan art of this pokemon are so well executed here!
