It's not even a fetish. i can find the above image to be sexy, but the biologist part of me is irked by how the anatomy is laid out.

You always see someone ranting about female nagas who have their cunt where humans have it, argue that the long body is useless.
However, they have to get rid of their "waste" like many other other species.
