I mean, you may capture them to battle others for fun, but as a trainer, it is your duty to be used for Pokémon' s entertainment. And eventually once, once you beaten enough gym leaders, and Irregardless of whether you beat the elite four, you spend the rest of your now meaningful life, as a lucky Pokémon breeder.
For all those Pokémon of the opposite gender to fully appreciate the fruits and loins of their now permanent prize. It may take some trainers longer than others, but in the end, they live happily as one can be, with Pokémon, in perfect sexual servitude.
Because all trainers in the end, love Pokémon, and in the end, love to make the Pokémon happy.
