Is she from an alternate future in which the Skaven take over and further advance their technology, or is this just the "modern sona" version of the character? I like the design regardless, but I really wish Skaven females would get drawn with more boobs to match the canon. 4 would suffice if you wanna trust the non-canon cheerleader models from Blood Bowl but 12 would be better.

Lore-nuts who get mad about female Skaven with white fur don't know their lore very well. While my previous comment jokingly presented false confusion about whether or not this version of the character was "canon" to the Warhammer universe, I did that to express my enjoyment of the technological supremacy of the Skaven race. Most lore-nuts will be peeved that this character is female AT ALL, regardless of color, because the canonical existence of female Skaven who haven't been augmented into brood-mothers is ambiguous and they're implied to be on the rare side if they exist at all.

I'd personally like some female Skaven with more tits, less social power, and a lot of paranoia. A canonically sound female Skaven would 1: be a lone scavenger actively trying to avoid her own kin and everyone else, or 2: be a content sex-slave for a wealthy Skaven leader, or 3: be a rebellious defector who has integrated herself into a bad of misfit mercenaries on the outskirts of civilization, or 4: be a respected and sexually open member of a fringe Clan that has lost all ties to Moulder, has no brood-mothers, and is likely bordering on collapse.

Skaven aren't just people who look like rats. They are an alien society with their own moral system and an allegiance to an evil God. They seek efficiency in all things, were the first race in their universe to reach space, and see no issues in mutating their captives, their children, their infant females, and themselves to optimize their specializations. Betrayal is considered a virtue in some cases, and rights are determined by power. "Justice" is a dirty word. The vast majority of Skaven are born male, somewhere above 90%. This ratio is flipped when we look at the recent trends in Skaven OCs. Lore-nuts aren't assholes for wanting to SKAVEN when we look up the SKAVEN TAG.

But again, I still like this character. Just please, next time can someone's original Skaven female have 12 tits and a warpstone addiction?
