Actually there is. if those ropes are attached to the ceiling there would be enough tension that she wouldn't be able to get her lower legs any lower than the level they're at right now. Sometimes light bondage is the most effective. Sure, she could remove the damn things since her hands are free but setting that aside, simple leg restraints would be quite effective at keeping her legs hiked up like that, all she could do is raise them higher, but never go lower than where they are.
