A story like this makes you wonder whether or not reality is as it seems or somthing else. Whether or not we're still alive or dead or even if life is just a concept created to distract us from something we're not ment to know yet. Life may just be an illusion, death may just be a door to another existenc. The possibilities are severely unknown.

this comic is lovely and as someone who has been struggling with their religious views for a few years now, it has really hit close to home

I really like the concept of this story, that before you can go to heaven, you must first make it out of your own hell, and the fact that hell isn't a place you go, but instead a place you yourself, create with fear, and anger, but mostly fear.

I did not know how much I needed this comic until I read it.

My god that was amazing, and it has such deep meaning. Just holy shit that was a good comic.

My head hurts. So much deep stuff. It's bad enough that I just finished Watership Down. What is life anymore? What is death? We'll never know.

I actually think she transformed herself into Clementine in order to make Elise more comfortable and escape her hell. Unless you just mean the espeon form in general. Personally I like both pokemon.

Good question, it's implied that she didn't believe in the teachings of whatever institution they were a part of. When she died she had no expectations of the afterlife and was free from the start instead of being trapped in denial, (except for her attachment to Elise that made her return).

Hmm, I've always been a fan of reading afterlife related stories (astral projection, NDEs, etc.) and I think it's a great underexploited setting for stories, so, mostly that mixed with some of my kinks resulted in this!

Well, I did my homework! just not on those radios haha, I've been an enthusiast of astral projection and other related stories for many years and it's a subject I've read plenty about.

I came here for porn and instead got an amazing story. its rare for a comic of porn to make me want the story of it. Job well done.

Edit: I do kind of want to know more of this fire and how the pokemon that where there reacted, what they did to the prisoners that died and how the place moved on. Interesting thoughts to explore.

a longer winded more in depth novel adaptation with a picture here and there would be so fucking amazing. If I had more knowledge and time I would totally want to try and make that a reality

For something so short, it carries a deep message and is extremely touching... I can see why almost everyone is asking for more... Of course, all the drawing and details probably made it feel a lot longer.

I was lured in by the foot licking but did not expect to end up crying. That was such an amazing comic, seriously bravo. The only thing I don't like about it is that I can't share it with any of my friends cause none of them are into furry smut.

In some places in the past, parents who couldn't or didn't want to raise a girl just donated them to some convent where they were forced to live by the convent's rules and not allowed to leave.

10 months late on this but no, the Espeon didn't transform into Clementine because she always was her. She stated she has tried this 100 times, to free Elise from her own personal hell but, everytime she remembered she he soul would loop herself back to the boring routine she has been stuck in for 68 years. So, Clem couldn't just go in, guns ablazing in her normal form so she fabricated the Espeon form. Maybe she had tried many other alternate forms before but, it's quite obvious that's the case here.

tl;dr this is such a well written comic that hit me harder than id like, at first it just seems like another porn comic, but if you fall for the fake hook, the writer throws the real hook at you, yanks it hard, and now if you look back, you will realize just how much you missed.
