There are a lot of theories to the functional purposes of breasts on a reptilian. One of the more popular ones is that it is a by-product of whatever evolutionary boom caused humanoid features to carry over to them. This theory explains the existence of the breasts, but as to why they often are completely functional...well, that is still in the air.

I think it’s because a young (just hatched) version of Kyra shows up, and i think the under 18 (young) tag automatically gets blacklisted/makes it unavailable to people who aren’t logged in
