I don't like this art style on this drawing... Let me explain:
I like the drawing, yes
I like the art style, yes
I don't like this art style on this drawing...
This art style reminds me of The Starry Night painting, and I don't know what about it is it, but I'd like to try to explain what I'm thinking is Focus...
This art style I'd expect to see in drawings such as landscapes, or great views, or like crowds of people, where you're not specifically focusing on One thing...
Look at Twilight in the lower right and how she's drawn: small, facing away from the viewer, minding her own business, whatever it might be, kinda like this drawing:

See how everyone is focused on their own stuff, and there's nothing really big drawing your attention?
This drawing doesn't exactly do that...
It's a mostly empty landscape with a huge Luna in the middle, so all your attention is focused on her, rather than on the whole picture...
