Why is it this one is marked male/male when the bottom one is showing no signs of being a male, but when a piece is posted with a a horse by itself with no genitals, it was marked as it didn't have a gender?

canonically it is a male look at other artwork of him and you will see

idk why this got downvoted, his logic is completely correct and this did end up getting tagged as male/ambiguous. TWYS has nothing to do with other posts that include the characters, canon information should be tagged under lore.
